Shimon Maduny professional jeweler and stone cutter born in
Rishon Le Zion son of immigrants from Morocco studied jewelry
and old world stone cutting techniques 6 years in the far east and is
today recognized as a leader in his field. His work incorporates old
world techniques with a fresh Israeli esthetic flavor. Shimon’s work has
been shown in some of the finest trade shows around the world and has
gained recognition as a master of his trade.
Shimon currently works and resides in the artist colony of Safed the
birthplace of the Kabala.“ Safed , home of Jewish esoteric wisdom and
the Artist colony have influenced my work and creativity – I try to
put a bit of the magic of Safed in each piece that I create “
